WORK SHALL BE ALL - INCLUSIVE, PROVIDING ALL
STRUCTURES, UTILITIES, FINISHES AND EQUIP.

BY GRINDING, LEVELING WITH ARDEX LEVELER
AS PER MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS.

REQUIRED TO RECEIVE NEW SCHEDULED
FLOORING MATERIAL.
16. VERIFY WITH CIVIL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL
AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS, ITEMS TO BE
REMOVED /RELOCATED IN CASE OF CONFLICT.
