THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY ALL FEES FOR PERMITS NECESSARY FOR PROPER COMPLETION OF WORK, UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. 9. SHOULD THE CONTRACTOR OBSERVE ERRORS, DISCREPANCIES OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, HE SHALL PROMPTLY NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT REQUESTING CLARIFICATION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT PROCEED WITH WORK AFFECTED BY SUCH ERRORS, DISCREPANCIES OR OMISSIONS WITHOUT RECEIVING CLARIFICATIONS.
