EXCAVATIONS TO VERIFY SOIL CONDITIONS BEFORE CONCRETE IS POURED. THE BUILDING
OFFICIAL WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A STATEMENT IN THE FORM OF A LETTER FRQM THE
