Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance 37- 26- 669 "be and
is hereby amended to read as follows:

Section 2. That any person, persons, firm, pa'rtnersh'ip

shall, upon conviction, be punished by 'a fine not to exceed $500.00,
or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine
and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each
day that a violation Iis permitted to exist shall constitute a.

separate offense.
Section 3. By reason of the nature of the content of
this ordinance it shall not be included in "'the Code of Ordinances,
City of South Miami, Florida.
