BRAND NAME PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS ARE CALLED FOR, TO ESTABLISH A STANDARD OF QUALITY. AT THE COMPLETION OF HIS WORK, HE SHALL REMOVE FROM THE PREMISES ALL RUBBISH, IMPLEMENTS AND SURPLUS MATERIALS AND LEAVE THE BUILDING CLEAN. 2. CLEANUP: IN ADDITION TO THE REMOVAL OF ALL CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS FROM THE PREMISES, IT IS THE FINAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GC TO REMOVE ALL SMUDGES, SPOTS OF PLASTER, PUTTY, CAULKING COMPOUND, ADHESIVE, PAINT AND PENCIL MARKINGS, TAGS AND DESTINATION LABELS NOT CALLED FOR AS BEING PERMANENT. THE GC SHALL ALSO CLEAN EACH AREA SEPARATELY, INCLUDING THE WASHING OF ALL WINDOWS PRIOR TO HANDING THE COMPLETED PROJECT OVER TO THE OWNER. 3. IN ADDITIONS AND REMODELINGS: THE GC SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGE TO EXISTING WORK, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT AS A RESULT OF HIS OPERATIONS. THE GC SHALL KEEP A LOG OF THE INSPECTIONS AND THE PERFORMED TESTS FOR THE OWNER AND ARCHITECT /ENGINEER. SUBCONTRACTORS: 1.
