1. THE EXTENT OF THE DEMOLITION WORK IS SHOWN ON THE DEMOLITION DRAWING AND
REFERRED TO IN ALL DRAWINGS. DEMOLITION INCLUDES THE COMPLETE REMOVAL OF
PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING AS INDICATED, AND ALL MISCELLANEOUS DAMAGED
PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING AS REQUIRED TO MEET SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWING
REQUIREMENTS. EXISTING PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL LINES TO BE REMOVED OR
CONCEALED BY EXISTING STRUCTURE AND NEW WORK SHALL BE FULLY DE- ACTIVIATED.
2. REMOVE ALL DEMOLITION MATERIALS AND DEBRIS FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE.
3. ALL EXISTING EXPOSED SURFACES THAT ARE TO REMAIN IN PLACE THAT ARE DAMAGED
DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REPAIRED AS REQUIRED TO MATCH EXISTING
UNDAMAGED SURFACES.
4. ARRANGE WITH THE UTIUTY COMPANIES FOR THE DISCONNECTION OF SERVICES AND
REMOVAL OF FITTINGS AND EQUIPMENT BEFORE STARTING DEMOLITION WORK,
5. PROTECT PARTS OF THE EXISTING WORK SCHEDULED TO REMAIN. CUT AWAY CAREFULLY
THE PARTS TO BE DEMOLISHED TO REDUCE THE AMOUNT OF NECESSARY REPAIRS.
