THESE DRAWINGS. LOCAL CODES AND THE LATEST EDITIONS OF THE FOLLOWING

02 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS

DOCUMENTS SO THAT THE ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL AND
PLUMBING REQUIREMENTS EFFECTING THIS WORK CAN BE FULLY REVIEWED AND
INCLUDED.
FO-31 SITE VISIT
PRIOR TO BIDDING OR SUBMITTING ANY PROPOSAL THE H.V.A.C, SUB - CONTRACTOR
SHALL VISIT THE JOB SITE AND VERIFY ALL OF THE CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH THIS
WORK WILL BE PERFORMED,

THE H.V.A.C. SUB - CONTRACT BID SHALL INCLUDE:
1.) A COPY OF THE CONTRACTOR'S CERTIFICATION AND /OR LICENSE.

05 INSURANCE
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED INSURANCE FOR PROTECTION
AGAINST PUBLIC LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE FOR THE DURATION OF THE
WORK. PROOF OF INSURANCE SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE OWNER PRIOR TO
COMMENCEMENT OF WORK.
FO-6-1 PERMITS
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN ALL REQUIRED PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS FROM
GOVERNING AGENCIES.
07 SHOP DRAWINGS
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS FOR APPROVAL BY THE
ARCHITECT AND /OR ENGINEER PRIOR TO FABRICATION OR INSTALLATION, NO
ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR THE CONTRACTOR'S FAILURE TO SUBMIT
SHOP DRAWINGS.
Foil GUARANTEE
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH A WRITTEN GUARANTEE THAT ALL WORK SHALL BE
FREE FROM DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR
FROM THE DATE OF EQUIPMENT START -UP AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE. MANUFACTURER'S
INSTRUCTIONS AND GUARANTEES SHALL BE GIVEN TO THE OWNER.
Fo-9-1 WIRING
POWER AND CONTROL WIRING FOR THE H,V.A.C. WORK SHALL BE INSTALLED BY THE
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE H.V.A,C. CONTRACTOR, THE
H.V.A,C. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING WIRING DIAGRAMS,
MOTOR STARTERS, THERMOSTAT(S) OR OTHER TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEVICES TO THE
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR. ALL EQUIPMENT INCLUDING MOTOR STARTERS AND
CONTROLS SHALL BE LABELED AND IDENTIFIED AS SPECIFIED iN THE ELECTRICAL NOTES.
10 THERMOSTATS
THERMOSTAT(S) SHALL BE FULL DIGITAL AS MANUFACTURED BY "TRANE ", "HONEYWELL" OR
AN APPROVED EQUAL. THERMOSTAT SHALL FEATURE 2 -STAGE COOLING / 2 -STAGE
HEATING, ELECTRONIC PROGRAMMING, NIGHT SETBACK, AUTO CHANGEOVER AND SETBACK
OVER -RIDE.
11 THERMOSTAT MOUNTING
THE MOUNTING CENTERLINE OF THERMOSTAT(S) SHALL BE 4 ° -6" ABOVE FINISHED FLOOR.
