SEQUENCE OF OPERATION:
THE AIR HANDLING UNIT SHALL BE STARTED BASED ON A TIME
SCHEDULE AS PROGRAMMED THRU THE TIME CLOCK ON A START
COMMAND, THE FAN SHALL START AND RUN CONTINUOUSLY AND THE
OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER SHALL OPEN TO 10% OF MAXIMUM OUTDOOR AIR
REQUIREMENTS. A DISCHARGE AIR SENSOR, THRU THE DDC
CONTROLLER, SHALL CONTROL LEAVING AIR TEMPERATURE SET
@ 55 DEG., F. (ADJ). ON A RISE IN LEAVING AIR TEMPERATURE
ABOVE SETPOINT, 2 STAGES OF CAPACITY CONTROL SHALL
CONTROL TEMPERATURE WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT.
ON A DROP IN TEMPERATURE BELOW SETPOINT, THE REVERSE
SHALL OCCUR. THE VFD SHALL RAMP FROM MIN TO MAX
SPEED BASED ON THE INPUT SIGNAL FROM THE DUCT MOUNTED
PRESSURE SENSOR.
VFD MINIMUM SET POINT SHALL BE SET AS PER MANUFACTURE'S
RECOMMENDATION TO PREVENT COIL ICING.
ON A SIGNAL FROM THE DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR, THE AHU FAN
SHALL STOP AND THE CONTROL SYSTEM BE DE- ENERGIZED.
