SCOPE OF WORK:
THIS PROJECT IS AN INTERIOR IMPROVEMENT. THERE IS NO EXTERIOR
WORK. EXISTING SUITES 110 (AN EXISTING RESTAURANT NAMED TOWN KITCHEN AND BAR) AND 120(AN EXISTING RETAIL SPACE)
WILL BE COMBINED TO FORM A SINGLE RESTAURANT SPACE.
IN SUITE110:
The existing Town Restaurant space, suite 110 is to remain as is except for 1. a pass thru will be cut to
suite 110.
IN SUITE 120:
1. The existing suite 120 (a retail space) is to become a dining space for the restaurant and is to remain as is except for the 1. removal of three
dressing area partitions 2. a pass thru will be cut to suite 110. 3. (2) exit signs will be added at the pass thru.
IN BOTH SUITES, THE EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM WILL REMAIN AS IS.
THERE IS NO ALTERATIONS TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE.
