1. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY
ALL CONDITIONS & DIMENSIONS @ THE PROJECT SITE &
SHALL NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT OF ANY DISCREPENCIES
PRIOR TO PROCEEDING W/ THE AFFECTED WORK.
CLARIFICATIONS WILL BE ISSUED BY THE ARCHITECT.
2. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE GENERAL
CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE THE WORK OF ALL
SUBCONTRACTORS WHERE OVERLAP OF WORK EFFORT
OCCURS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
SUBCONTRACTORS TO VERIFY THAT THEIR PORTION OF
WORK DOES NOT INTERFERE W /THE OTHER TRADES.
SUCH INTERFERENCE SHALL BE IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT
TO THE ATTENTION OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR. IT
IS INCUMBENT UPON ALL WORKERS TO SAFEGUARD

FLOOR OF THE EXISTING PLAZA 57 BUILDING IN
SOUTH MIAMI. PINKIES WILL PARTIALLY OCCUPY
THE ABANDONED HSBC BANK SPACE. IT WILL SIT
BETWEEN THE "HAND & STONE MASSAGE & FACIAL
SPA
TO ITS SOUTH
& AN
EMPTY TENANT NT TO ITS
NORTH SIDE. I

THE PINKIES REMODEL WILL OCCUR WITHIN THE
BUILDINGS EXISTING FOOTPRINT,
NO NEW SQUARE FOOTAGE HAS BEEN ADDED.
ALL OTHER AREAS ARE EXISTING TO REMIAN.
SITE INVESTIGATION NOTE
EXAMINATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND WORK SITE:
THE BIDDER /CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED, BEFORE
SUBMITTING HIS PROPOSAL & COMMENCING WORK TO VISIT
THE SITE AND FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THE NATURE
AND EXTENT OF THE WORK AND ANY LOCAL CONDITIONS
THAT MAY AFFECT THE WORK TO BE DONE. THEY SHOULD
ALSO FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH EQUIPMENT,
MATERIALS AND LABOR REQUIRED THEREFORE. SINCE THE
WORK INVOLVES NEW AND/OR EXISTING BUILDINGS,
SYSTEMS AND FACILITIES, SPECIAL CONSIDERATION SHALL
BE GIVEN TO EXAMINATION OF WORKING CONDITIONS, NEW
FACILITIES AND ALL BUILDING STRUCTURES FAMILIARIZE TO
HIMSELF WITH ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS. SLIGHT VARIATION
OF ROUTING AND OR CONSTRUCTION SHOULD BE
ANTICIPATED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO AVOID CONFLICTS
WITH OTHER TRADES. THESE VARIATIONS ARE EXPRESSLY
INCLUDED AS PART OF THE WORK WHENEVER REQUIRED AT
NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER. LACK OF FIELD
COORDINATION AND EXPLORATION ON THE PART OF THE
