AFTER AN ADJUSTABLE TIME DELAY, THE AHU SUPPLY FAN SHALL START THROUGH THE VFD AND ALL SAFETIES AND INTERLOCKS SHALL OPERATE THROUGH THE AUTOMATIC VFD AND BYPASS CONTACTOR. 3. TEMPERATURE CONTROL: DDC CONTROLLER SHALL MODULATE NC CHILLED WATER VALVE TO MAINTAIN THE DISCHARGE AIR TEMPERATURE (ADJUSTABLE). 4. ALARMING: ALARM THE FOLLOWING POINTS: FAN FAILURE, STATIC PRESSURE FAILURE, MINIMUM OUTSIDE AIR FLOW FAILURE, LOW LIMIT SWITCH, FILTER STATIC PRESSURE LIMIT (DIRTY FILTER), SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE HIGH LIMIT ALARM (WITH FAN OPERATING). 5. HEATING COIL: UPON A CALL FOR HEATING, THE CHILLED WATER VALVE SHALL BE CLOSED, THE VFD SHALL MODULE THE FAN TO THE MINIMUM OUTSIDE AIR CFM SETPOINT AND THE ELECTRIC HEATING COIL SHALL BE ENERGIZED. 6. EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN /SMOKE DETECTION: THE UNIT SHALL SHUT DOWN UPON RECEIVING AN EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN /SMOKE DETECTION SIGNAL 7. AIRFLOW STATION: THE CONTROLLER SHALL MEASURE THE SUPPLY AIRFLOW AND SEND A SIGNAL TO THE UNIT CONTROLLER WHICH MODULATE THE SUPPLY AIR FAN VFD SPEED TO MAINTAIN THE SUPPLY AIR FLOW SETPONT. & OA DAMPER: THE OA DAMPER SHALL OPEN DURING OCCUPIED MODE AND CLOSE DURING UNOCCUPIED MODE.
