1- A/C SYSTEMS ARE EXISTING TO REMAIN. A/C CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE IN
BID ALL THE NECESSARY LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR A COMPLETE INSPECTION OF
THESE SYSTEMS. INCLUDING THE CLEANING OF THE AHU COILS WITH A NON ACIDIC
SOLUTION. PROVIDE NEW 1" THICK FILTERS AND CHECK REFRIGERANT GAS. DELIVER
AT THE END OF CONSTRUCTION A FULLY WORKING SYSTEM. BALANCE ALL AIR
VOLUMES AS SHOWN, PRIOR TO FINAL C.O.; PROVIDE TEST RESULTS TO ENGINEER
AND TENANT'S REP. CLEAN CONDENSATE LINES WITH PRESURISED AIR. PROVIDE A
FLOAT SWITCH IN DRAIN PAN IF EXISTING UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A SECONDARY
CONDENSATE DRAIN. PROVIDE A NEW DUCT SMOKE DETECTOR WITH A
VISUAL /AUDIBLE SIGNAL & TEST KEY STATION AS NECESSARY.
