FURNISH ARCHFTECT/ENGINEER WITH 2 SETS OF ACCURATELY MARKED COPIES OF THE DRAWINGS, INDICATING ALL CHANGES FROM ORIGINALS AS INSTALLED. 17. FURNISH OWNER WITH ALL GUARANTEES FOR EQUIPMENT OR MATERIALS EXTENDING BEYOND THE GUARANTEE PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THESE SPECIFICATIONS. 18. PLUMBING SYSTEMS SHALL BE PROVIDED COMPLETE. SHOULD A SYSTEM OR ANY PART THEROF FAIL TO MEET PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS, NECESSARY REPLACEMENTS, ALTERATIONS OR REPAIRS AS REQUIRED BY THE ARCHITECTURE/ENGINEER. SHALL BE MADE TO BRING PERFORMANCE UP TO SPECIFIED' REQUIREMENTS AND ALL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND FINISHES DAMAGED OR MARRED BY SUCH REPLACEMENTS. ALTERATIONS OR REPAIRS SHALL BE RESTORED TO PRIOR CONDITION AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO OWNER. 19. PLUMBING CONTRACTOR SHALL INCLUDE IN HIS BID, PROVISION FOR PROVIDING TEMPORARY WATER FOR USE DURING CONSTRUCTION AS REQUIRED. 20.
