RECEIVED A COMPLETE TREATMENT FOR THE PREVENTION OF
SUBTERRANEAN TERMITES. TREAT MENT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
RULES AND LAWS ESTABLISHED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES."

NOTES TO GENERAL CONTRACTOR:
1. CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS BEFORE
COMMENCING WORK AND NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT IN WRITING
IMMEDIATELY REGARDING AN DISCREPANCIES.
2. CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY IN WRITING
OF ANY CONFLICTS AND COORDINATION ISSUES
3. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT DEVIATE FROM THE CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS WITHOUT EXPRESS WRITTEN APPROVAL OF THE
ARCHITECT.
4. CONTRACTOR TO COMPLY WITH ALL RULES, REGULATIONS, AND
APPLICABLE BUILDING CODES IN EFFECT THROUGH THE SIGNED
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROJECT
BY THE ARCHITECT AND OWNER.
5. CONTACTOR WILL PROVIDE APPLICABLE PARTIAL RELEASE OF
LIENS PRIOR TO APPROVAL OF PAYMENT.
6. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ALL FINAL RELEASE OF LIENS PRIOR
TO APPROVAL OF FINAL PAYMENT.
7. CONTRACTOR WILL ADDRESS AND COMPLETE ALL ISSUES
IDENTIFIED ON THE FINAL PUNCH LIST BEFORE FINAL PAYMENT IS
MADE TO THE CONTRACTOR.
8. CONTRACTOR TO MAINTAIN BUILDERS RISK INSURANCE AND ALL
OTHER INSURANCE REQUIRED BY LAW AND TO KEEP SUCH
INSURANCE IN EFFECT THROUGH THE COMPLETION OF THE
PROJECT.
