LOBBY, HOIST, AND MACHINE ROOM SMOKE DETECTOR SHALL INITIATE AN ALARM CONDITION IN THE BUILDING AND RETURN ALL ELEVATORS TO THE PRIMARY OR ALTERNATE FLOOR OF EGRESS IN COMPLIANCE WITH ANSI ASME A17.1. 5. WATERFLOW SWITCH SHALL ACTIVATE GENERAL ALARM. A VALVE TAMPER SWITCH SHALL CAUSE A SYSTEM SUPERVISORY ALARM INDICATION. 6. ANNUNCIATION OF THE ACTIVE DEVICE AT THE FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL AND ANY ANNUCIATORS, IN MONITORED BUILDING, SEND A SIGNAL TO THE U.L. MONITORING CENTER FOR ALARM, TROUBLE, WATERFLOW AND SUPERVISORY CONDITIONS, FIRE AL ARm SPEC.. ALL EQUIPMENT TO BE U.L. LISTED FOR FIRE SERVICE AND SHALL BE COMPATIBLE WITH THE SYSTEM BEING USED.
