RUN CONDITIONS — SCHEDULED: THE UNIT SHALL RUN BASED UPON AN OPERATOR ADJUSTABLE SCHEDULE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING MODES:
• OCCUPIED MODE: OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER SHALL BE OPENED,AND UNIT SHALL BE ENABLED.
• UNOCCUPIED MODE: OUTSIDE AIR DAMPER SHALL BE CLOSED, AND UNIT SHALL BE DISABLED.
EMERGENCY /SMOKE DETECTION SHUTDOWN (BY FIRE ALARMi: THE UNIT SHALL SHUT DOWN AND GENERATE AN ALARM UPON RECEIVING AN
EMERGENCY /SMOKE DETECTION SIGNAL.
SUPPLY AIR DUCT STATIC PRESSURE CONTROL: THE CONTROLLER SHALL MEASURE DUCT STATIC PRESSURE AND MODULATE THE SUPPLY FAN VFD
SPEED TO MAINTAIN A DUCT STATIC PRESSURE SETPOINT. THE SPEED SHALL NOT DROP BELOW 30% (ADJ.). ALARMS SHALL BE PROVIDED AS
FOLLOWS:
• HIGH/LOW SUPPLY AIR STATIC PRESSURE
• SUPPLY FAN VFD FAULT.
SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE SETPOINT — FIXED: DURING OCCUPIED MODE,THE CONTROLLER SHALL MONITOR THE SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE AND
SHALL MAINTAIN A FIXED SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE SETPOINT OF 55F (ADJ.).
COOLING. STAGES: THE CONTROLLER SHALL MEASURE THE SUPPLY AIR TEMPERATURE AND STAGE THE COOUNG TO MAINTAIN ITS SETPOINT. TO

• FILTER DIRTY.

CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTION SYSTEM SEQUENCE OF OPERATION
A.IN NORMAL CONDITIONS MODE (NO CO DETECTOR ACTIVATED),THE EXHAUST FAN SHALL BE OFF.
B.IF ONE CO DETECTOR IS ACTIVATED, THE EXHAUST FAN SHALL RUN TO MAINTAIN CO CONCENTRATION SETPOINT.
C.WHEN ALL CO DETECTORS ARE DE— ACTIVATED, THE FAN WILL RETURN TO RUN AS IN NORMAL CONDITIONS MODE.
E.DETECTORS SHALL HAVE A SETPOINT OF 25 PARTS PER MILUON (PPM) OF CARBON MONOXIDE.
F.CO DETECTORS SHALL BE LOCATED BETWEEN 4' AND 5' HEIGHT.
