AFTER COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE CELL SITE GROUND SYSTEM, A QUALIFIED INDEPENDENT ELECTRICAL TESTING FIRM WITH A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN USING APPROVED TEST EQUIPMENT, SHALL TEST THE SITE TO ASCERTAIN THE RESISTANCE TO EARTH AS SPECIFIED IN VERIZON WIRELESS NETWORK STANDARDS AND NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE. 2. SOIL RESISTIVITY TESTING METHOD TO BE FOUR -POINT RESISTIVITY TEST WITH A DESIRED RESULT LIMIT OF FIVE (5) OHMS OR LESS.
