General Contractor shall examine the site and become Familiar with conditions affecting the construction of the premises before submitting bids. Failure to do this shall not be considered cause for additional charges or complaints. 2. Proper disposal of all waste materials shall be by the General Contractor. All individual subcontractors shall be responsible For proper disposal of waste materials due to their respective activities. The site shall be kept clean and secure at all times. Any General Contractor's subcontractor shall be responsible for proper disposal due to their activities. 3. General Contractor shall leave the job cleaned upon completion of work, including but not limited to vacuum cleaning carpets, polishing hardware, fixtures, removal of dust, dirt and paint excess. 4.
