10-558R-002DEMOLITION DEMOLITION NOTES 1. CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH OWNER REGARDING ANY SALVAGEABLE ITEMS REMOVED PRIOR TO DEMOLITION. CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB EXISTING STRUCTURE OR EQUIPMENT CAUSED BY THIS OPERATION AND SHALL NOT AND ROOF TO BE DEMOLISHED INTERFERE WITH EXISTING STRUCTURAL SYSTEM. 6. HOLES OR OTHER DAMAGE LEFT BY CONTRACTOR SHALL BE REPAIRED BY CONTRACTOR AT HIS OWN EXPENSE. 7. UPON COMPLETION OF DEMOLITION THE ENTIRE AREA SHALL BE CLEANED OF ALL DEBRIS AND PREPARED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION. S.
