1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT LABOR AND
OTHER FACILITIES NECESSARY FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE WORK ALL
MATERIALS SHALL BE NEW AND BOTH WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS SHALL
BE OF GOOD QUALITY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL, IF REQUIRED, FURNISH
SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE AS TO THE MATREIALS USED.
2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
NOTIFY THE ARCHITECT OF ANY ERRORS, INCONSISTENCES, OR OMISSIONS
HE /SHE MAY DISCOVER ON DRAWINGS.
3. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE AND ASSURE ALL
CLEARANCES REQUIRED FOR LIGHT FIXTURES, PLUMBING, STRUCTURAL, ETC.,
PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
4. ALL SPECIFIC INFORMATION OMITTED FROM THESE DWGS. AS THEY RELATE
TO CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO
PROVIDE THE OWNER WITH SUFFICIENT LEAD TIME SO AS NOT TO DELAY
THE PROGRESS OF THE PROJECT.
5. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION FINISHES BOTH INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SHALL
MATCH THE ADJACENT FINISHES UA.0.
6. ALL WORK SHALL COMPLY WITH THE LATEST APPLICABLE CODE AND ALL
MATERIAL SHALL COMLPY WITH LATEST APPLICABLE STANDARDS.

THEMSELVES WITH ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS.

10. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO PATCH AND REPAIR AS REQUIRED AFTER ALL
TRADES.
11. ALL DRAWINGS AND WORK MUST COMPLY WITH THE A.D.A. GUIDELINES.
12. THIS SET OF WORKING DRAWINGS SHALL BE ADDRESSED AS A COMPLETE
SET, AND IT SHALL NOT BE USED IN PARTS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE THE SET OF DRAWINGS WITH ALL TRADES,
SO THAT THE WORK WILL BE PERFORMED CORRECTLY AND COORDINATED

14. DEMOLITION DRAWINGS AND NOTES ARE ONLY TO ASSIST IN SHOWING THE SCOPE OF DEMOLITION WORK AND IS NOT INTENDED TO INDICATE ALL DEMOLITION. CONTRACTOR
SHALL REMOVE ALL EXISTING ITEMS FOR A "BROOM CLEAN" SPACE.
