KITCHEN NOTES:
1. ALL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS SHALL BE VEREnED BEFORE ROUGHING -IN.
2. BOX AND RECEPTACLES THAT ARE PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER SHALL BE
INSTALLED AND WERED BY CONTRACTOR.

6. EXACT LOCATION, MOUNTING HEIGHT, AND TYPE OF TERMINATION OF JUNCTION
BOXES, OUTLETS, STUB -UPS, ETC., SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM THE FOOD
EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER'S ROUGHING -IN DRAWINGS.
7. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE ALL FINAL CONNECTIONS TO FOOD
EQUIPMENT AFTER EQUIPMENT IS SET IN PLACE BY EQUIPMENT CONTRACTOR AND /OR
SUPPLIER. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL SHORTEN CORDS, INSTALL CORRECT
OUTLET PLUGS, JACKS, ETC., AS REQUIRED FOR COMPLETE SATEWACTORY
INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT.
S. ALL FOOD EQUIPMENT AND APPLIANCES SHALL BE GROUNDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE AND ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL CODES.
