THE DRAWIN65 AND DOCUMENTS PREPARED BY THE INTERIOR
DESIGNER, ARCHITECT AND CONSULTANTS ARE INSTRUMENTS OF
SERVICE DESCRIBING THE WORK WHICH THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR
15 TO EXECUTE. THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS DESCRIBED
HEREIN ARE TO BE USED SOLELY FOR THIS PROJECT. ALL
DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTS ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE INTERIOR
DESIGNER, ARCHITECT, AND CONSULTANTS, AND SHALL NOT BE
REPRODUCED, ALTERED, MANIPULATED, AND /OR TRANSFERRED
TORY ANY PARTIES WITHOUT THE EXPRESSED WRITTEN CONSENT OF
THE INTERIOR DESISNER/GONSULTANTS AND /OR AS OTHERWISE
PROVIDED FOR BY CONTRACT.
2. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY EXISTIN& FIELD
CONDITIONS WITH THE INTENT OF DRAWINGS PRIOR TO COMMENCING
WORK. VERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS AND INFORMATION DESCRIBED ON
THE DRAWIN&5 AND DOCUMENTS. IF ANY DISGREPANCIE5 EXIST
BETYCEN THE INTENT OF DRAWINGS AND EXISTIN& FIELD
CONDITIONS, THE MATTER SHALL. BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF
THE ARCHITECT, IN WRITING, IMMEDIATELY AND PRIOR TO
GOMMENGIN& WORK.
S. ANY ERRORS, OMISSIONS, AND /OR DEFICIENCIES DISCOVERED BY
THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
ARGHITECT4DE516NER IN THE FORM OF A REQUEST FOR
INFORMATION AND CLARIFICATION PRIOR TO COMMENGIN& WORK
AND/OR PROVIDING 5105.
4. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL
PERMITS, PERMIT FEES, INSPECTIONS, TESTS, LICENSES, ETC, AS
REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE WORK DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED UPON BY THE TENANT.
S. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL
GONSTR ICTION MEANS, METHODS, TECHNIQUES, SEQUENCES, AND
PROCEPURE5, AND FOR COORDINATING ALL PORTIONS OF THE
WORK, TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS AND
DOCUMENTS.
6. THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL WARRANT THAT ALL WORK
EXECUTED CONFORMS WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE
GENERAL CONTRACTOR SHALL. ALSO WARRANT THAT SUCH WORK
SHALL BE FREE OF DEFECTS, AND SHALL BE OF A QUALITY
APPROPRIATE TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACT
DOCUMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. WARRANTY FOR
DEFECTS IN CONSTRUCTION SHALL EXTEND FOR A PM1017 NOT
LESS THAN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL
COMPLETION.

STAMPED AND APPROVED BY &ENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR
CONFORMANCE WITH THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS PRIOR TO
SUBMITTING TO INTERIOR DESI &NER FOR REVIEW. ANY ITEMS NOT
STAMPED AND APPROVED BY THE &F_NERAL CONTRACTOR FOR
