4. NO WORK SHALL COMMENCE UNTIL ALL NECESSARY PERMITS HAVE
BEEN OBTAINED.
5. ALL WORK SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNING
BUILDING CODE, CODES AND REGULATIONS OF LOCAL
AUTHORITIES HAVING JURISDICTION. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPROVAL OF ALL INSTALLED MATERIALS.
SHOULD A D15CREPANCY OCCUR BETWEEN A SPECIFIED MATERIAL
AND A CODE REQUIREMENT, THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR MUST
NOTIFY THE OWNER AND ARCHITECT PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT
OF WORK.

STORAGE OF ALL MATERIAL ON SITE.

15. SAFETY DURING CONSTRUCTION:

THE ADJOINING PROPERTY FROM DAMAGE.

ROUGH -iN5 COORDINATE WITH KITCHEN EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER

AND ANY OTHER CONDITIONS SURROUNDING AND AFFECTING THE WORK.
ANY OBSTRUCTIONS, THE NATURE OF EXISTING CONDITION, AND ALL
OTHER PH151CAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB, IN ORDER THAT HE MAY
INCLUDE IN THE PRICE5 WHICH HE BIDS ALL COSTS PRETAINING TO THE
