2. VISUAL ALARM PER F.B.C.
3. FIRE ALARM SYSTEM SHALL BE TOTALLY SUPERVISED.
4. UPON ACTIVATION OF ANY MANUAL OR AUTOMATIC DEVICE A RED LED
SHALL ILUMINATE ZONE IN ALARM AT F.A.C.P., IN ADDITION A LOCAL
AUDIBLE ALARM SHALL SOUND THE GENERAL EVACUATION SIGNAL. IF AN
INITIATION OR SIGNALING DEVICE IS DISCONNECTED OR WIRING TO THOSE
DEVICES ARE CUT AN APPROPRIATE YELLOW TROUBLE LED SHALL
ILUMINATE AND AN AUDIBLE SIGNAL SHALL SOUND AT THE FACP.
5. THE SYSTEM SHALL HAVE BATTERY BACK -UP FOR 24 HOURS IN THE
SUPERVISORY MODE AND 5 MINUTES MINIMUM IN ALARM.
6. THE INSTALLATION SHALL COMPLY WITH N.E.C. CHAPTER 760 AND
N.F.P.A.72.
7. ALL CEILINGS ARE LESS 10' UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTICE.
8. ALL COMPONENTS ARE LISTED FOR FIRE SERVICE USE.
9. THE SYSTEM IS CLASS B.
10. THE QS1 PANEL PROVIDE A CONTROL OF 125 DETECTORS AND 125
MODULES PER CIRCUIT AND PER LOOPS.(SEE CUT - SHEET)
11. THIS IS A FULLY SPRINKLERED BUILDING.
12. FIRE COMMAND ROOM SHALL BE MECHANICAL VENTILATED
13. FIRE ALARM CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A VALID CONTRACT
BETWEEN THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY OR BUSINESS AND A LISTED
CENTRAL STATION SERVICE COMPANY TO PROVIDE SERVICING OF THE
SYSTEM AND SUPERVISION OF THE NON LISTED CONTRACTOR'S
INSTALLATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH NFPA 72 8.2.2 AND 8.2.3 (2002 EDITION)
( "SUPERVISION OF THE INSTALLATION" STATEMENT MUST BE PART OF THE

LINES AND THE COMMUNICATOR DIALER (DACT)

16. NOTIFICATION APPLIANCE CIRCUITS (NAC) SHALL BE CLASS "B ", STYLE
17. SIGNALING LINE CIRCUITS SHALL BE CLASS "B" STYLE "4 ".

BUILDING. AUDIBLE DEVICES SHALL BE TEMPORAL PATTERN. STROBE CIRCUITS
SHALL BE SILENCEABLE. D. - A RED LIGHT AT THE MAIN FACP SHALL
INDICATE THAT THE SYSTEM IS IN ALARM CONDITION.

COULD BE SILENCEABLE FROM MAIN FACP, ANY NEW SUPERVISORY SIGNAL
SHALL RESOUND THE BUZZER. SUPERVISORY LIGHT SHALL REMAIN TILL THE
ORIGINATING CONDITION IS EXTINGUISHED.
8. - ACTIVATION OF ANY ALARM, SUPERVISORY TROUBLE & MONITORY
SIGNAL SHALL REPORT TO CENTRAL STATION VIA PHONE LINES.
9. SEQUENCE OF ELEVATOR CAPTURE:
A. INITIATION OF SMOKE DETECTOR AT MACHINE ROOM SHALL. CAPTURE THE
ELEVATOR TO THE SECOND FL. IN ADDITION FIRE HAT AT ELEVATOR CAR &
ELEVATOR WARNING LIGHT SHALL BE ACTIVATED.
B. INITIATION OF SMOKE DETECTOR AT FIRST FLOOR ELEVATOR LOBBY
SHALL CAPTURE THE ELEVATOR TO THE SECOND FLOOR.,
C. INITIATION OF SMOKE DETECTOR AT 2ND, 3RD & 4TH FLOOR ELEVATOR
LOBBY SHALL CAPTURE THE ELEVATOR Tfl THE FIRST FLOOR.
D. INITIATION OF SMOKE DETECTOR AT ELEVATOR SHAFT SHALL CAPTURE
THE ELEVATOR TO THE FIRST FLOOR. IN ADDITION THE ELEVATOR WARNIG
LIGHT SHALL BE ILLUMINATED.
E. ACTIVATION OF HEAT DETECTOR AT ELEVATOR MACHINE ROOM AND
HOIST WAY SHALL REPORT TO FACP AND ACTIVATE SHUNT TRIP FOR
ELEVATOR.
