CONTRACTOR IS TO BECOME FAMILIAR AND FOLLOW ALL LOCAL ORDINANCES &
POLICIES OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, & SHALL COORDINATE ALL SCHEDULING
WITH THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF DEMOLITION.

PRIOR TO BEGINNING WITH DEMOLITION, AND FOLLOW ALL THE RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF THE CBS RETAIL STORES BUILDING.
CONTRACTOR IS TO MAKE EVERY EFFORT POSSIBLE TO DO THE WORK
V REQUIRED WITHOUT DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORING TENANTS.
PRIOR TO BEGINNING WITH DEMOLITION, CONTRACTOR IS TO MAKE SURE
ALL UTILITIES SUCH AS ELECTRICAL, A/C DUCTS, TELEPHONE LINES, AND
WATER LINES HAVE BEEN LOCATED. IN AREAS WHERE WORK IS TO TAKE
PLACE, UTILITIES MUST BE DISCONNECTED AND/ OR RELOCATED BEFORE
PROCEEDING WITH WORK.
V PRIOR TO DEMOLITION, CONTRACTOR IS TO NOTIFY ELECTRICIAN OF ANY
V ITEMS TO BE DISCONNECTED AND/ OR DEMOLISHED.
PROTECT BUILDING'S FIRE RATED DEMISING PARTITIONS, BULKHEAD, NEUTRAL PIERS,
SPRINKLERS LINES AND OTHER BUILDING CONSTRUCTION DURING DEMOLITION &
CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS.
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, BUILDING EXISTING EXTERIOR ENVELOPE TO REMAIN IN TACT.
REMOVE ALL EXISTING FLOOR FINISHES IN SALES AREA & BACK ROOM, UNLESS
OTHERWISE NOTED.
REMOVE ALL EXISTING LIGHTING (INCLUDING TRACKS, FIXTURES, AND RECESSED
LIGHTING AS NOTED) UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
ANY EXISTING MATERIAL, SURFACE, ETC. UNCOVERED DURING DEMOLITION THAT IS
DAMAGED SHALL BE REPLACED AS PART OF THE BASIC CONTRACT PRIOR TO
INSTALLATION OF ANY NEW MATERIALS.
O UPON COMPLETION OF DEMOLITION, ALL DEBRIS IS TO BE REMOVED FROM
THE SITE AND DISPOSED OF IN A LEGAL. DISPOSAL SITE PRIOR TO BEGINNING
NEW CONSTRUCTION.
ALL PREVIOUS IMPROVEMENTS, FIXTURES, AND BUSINESS SYSTEMS NOT TO BE
REUSED SHALL BE REMOVED. REMOVE ALL EXISTING UTILITIES, NOT BEING REUSED,
BACK TO POINT OF CONNECTION AND CAP AS REQUIRED.
