REQUIREMENTS:
• Compliance with Sections 24.12.1, 24.12.2 of Miami -Dade County Code / Aquifer Protection Requirement
• Oil & Grease Interceptors at all Catch Basins preceding French Drains, as per STD Details (on reverse)
• Oil & Grease Interceptors at Structures Nos.
• All French Drains shall have perforated pipe invert elevation at a minimum of the Average October Groundwater Level

COMMENTS:
1. French Drain shall be as per SD l .1 or SD 1.1 (modified)
2. Catch Basin shall be as per SD 2.2, 2.6 or larger, with baffles preceding all French Drains
3. Site's property lines shall be graded to indicate that stormwater does not runoff to adjacent properties.
4. French Drain serving covered parking garages shall be as per SD 1.1 modified or preceded by an oil a c�greae trap —
