A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a three-year
agreement with an option to renew with T oro Pest Management for
Green Pest Services.
Public Works obtained three quotes and Toro Pest Management was the
most responsive and responsible bidder. Toro Pest Management will
provide Green Pest Services at City Hall, Police Department, Sylva Martin
Building, Public Works Office, Motor Pool, Community Center, Aquatic
Center and Senior Citizens Center for the amount of $2,808 per year,
during the three-year agreement, as well as the two-year option.

option to renew for a maximum of five consecutive years, with Toro Pest Management for 21
Green Pest Services, at City facilities and buildings for a fee of $2,808 per year, during the term 22
of the agreement, including any renewal and charged to account numbers 001-1710-519-3450, 23
Public Works Contractual Services, account number 001-2020-572-4670 and 001-2000-572-5680 24

Severability. If any section, clause, sentence, or phrase of this resolution is 27
for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, this holding 28
