correct a scrivener's error in Section 20-5.8 referring to the Permitted Use

5 the various changes they would need to make if the number of units were to be reduced.

7 outside counsel and outside planning, if at the end of all the efforts made, the Commission still
8 couldn't get a consensus allowing them to arrive at the required in order to pass
