RESOLUTION NO.150-15-14489 A Resolution authorizing the CityManager to purchase Property,Crime, InlandMarine,General Liability,Law Enforcement Liability,Automobile Liability,and Automobile Damage Insurance. WHEREAS,the City,through its Agent of Record,Brown &Brown,has received insurance quotesfor Property,Crime,Inland Marine,General Liability,Law Enforcement Liability,Automobile Liability,and Automobile Damage Insurance. Property,General Liability and Automobile Insurance The City Managerrecommendsthatthe City renewits policy with PGIT forits Property,General Liability and Automobile Insurance coverage for atotal premium of$399,888.This represents anincreaseof approximately 3.8%over lastyear's premium.This increaseis largely attributable tothe addition of several new vehicles tothe City's inventory.Assetforthabove,the PGIT proposal contains the most favorable ratesforthese lines of coverage and offers atwoyearrate guarantee.
