INTENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 11. ThAt the first paragraph of Sec. 2-9.1 of
Article II of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances, City of South
Miami, Florida, be And the same hereby is amended to read as
follows, to-wit:

Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed insofar
as they are in conflict.
Section 3. It is the intent that this ordinance be per-
manent in nature and shall be included in the Code of Ordinances of
the City of South Miami, Florida, and the sections hereof may be
reh4mbered for such purpose.
