WHEREAS,the Planning Board has considered the variances herein
requested and made their recommendation of approval thereof;
NOW,THEREFORE,BEITORDAINEDBYTHEMAYORANDTHECITY
COMMISSION OFTHE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
Section 1.That J.B.Lord be,and he is hereby granted variances
to allow a pool with a 9'6"rear setback where 12'6"is normally required and a
screen enclosure with a 6'rear setback where 10'is normally required as to
certain described property located at 5940 S.W.85th Street,South Miami,Florida,
and legally described as:
