OF ELEVEN (11)FEET WHERE TWENTY-FIVE (25)FEET
IS NORMALLY REQUIRED ASTO CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5870 SOUTHWEST 62ND TERRACE,
SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA.
WHEREAS,the Planning Board of the City of South Miami
has recommended approval of the variance herein requested,
NOW,THEREFORE,BEITORDAINEDBYTHEMAYORANDTHE
CITY COMMISSION OFTHE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
Section 1.That Earnestine J.Kenon be,and she is hereby
granted the following variance to allow a rear porch addition with a rear
setback of 11'where 25'is normally required as to certain described property
