The Board noted that the variance must be sought only because of the plans to enlarge the building.At the present time the park ing is adequate.Mr.Prentiss suggested that if the proposed storage area were eliminated and the office area retained the park ing would still be adequate and the building would be consistent with the CI zoning.The Board agreed. Mr.Smith withdrew his motion to approve.Mr.Coburn withdrew his second. MOTION:By Mr.Prentiss to deny approval. Seconded by Ronald Smith. VOTE ON MOTION:Yes -6 MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
