Mr.Smith asked if there were any objections to his reviewing the request
as he had been previous landlord to Mr.Ehrenkrantz.There were no objec
tions.
Mr.Daniel Tinney,architect for the project,addressed the Board.He
explained that there is to be no increase in the square footage of the
building and that the variance is necessary to the landscaping in the front
of the building.
In response to request of the Board Mr.David Smith read the staff recommen
dation for approval.
Chairman Smith declared the public hearing open and asked if there were
any present to speak to the request.There being none the public nearing
was deemed closed.',
