Lot 21 less north 20 feetjand the north 25 feet of Lot 22,of revised Plat of Poinciana Park,according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 41 at Page 41 of the public records of Dade County,Florida. 7340 S.W.61 Court Mr.Smith asked if there were any objections to his reviewing the request as he had been previous landlord to Mr.Ehrenkrantz.There were no objec tions. Mr.Daniel Tinney,architect for the project,addressed the Board.He explained that there is to be no increase in the square footage of the building and that the variance is necessary to the landscaping in the front of the building. In response to request of the Board Mr.David Smith read the staff recommen dation for approval.
