BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 14AYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUT1l NIIAIiI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That a special use exception, as provided for
under the provisions of Sec. 20-14(6) of the Code of Ordinances,
City of South Miami, Florida, be and the same hereby is granted`
to DAVID KASKI L, HERIANN KASKEL, PHILIP BIRNBAW.F. and CONSTATfPIii
MALINOVSKY, co- partners, doing business as PHbM ASSOCIPiTES, inso-
far as the following described real property is concerned, to -wit:

which is within two hundred feet of the principal use property
first hereinabove described: Provided, however, that any special
use exception granted hereunder be and it hereby is declared to
be subject to a recordable restrictive covenant acceptable to and
approved by the City Attorney and running with the titles to both
parcels of real property above - described assuring the continuity
of such 'use.
Section 2. That any person, persons, firm, partnership
or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00,
` or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine
and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each
day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a
separate offense.
