ORDINANCE NO.20-87-1293 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA,AMENDING SECTION 5-13-2R OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE CODE OF ZONING ORDINANCES AND AMENDING CHAPTER 13,ARTICLE VIII,SECTION 134000 OF THE CITY'S OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE CODE BY DELETING FORTUNE-TELLERS/PALMISTS AS A SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED USE IN THE CITY. WHEREAS,the City of South Miami currently permits Fortunetellers/Palmists asa permitted useina C-2R district of the City;and WHEREAS,pursuant to Chapter 13,Article VIII,Section 134000oftheCodeof Ordinances providesforafeeschedulefor this occupation;and WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Commission deem itinthe public interest thatthis usebe deleted from the City's zoning and occupational license codes.
