CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Chapter 9 of the Code of-
City of SouthAkiami, Florida, be And the same hereby is amended
by adding 'a new secti-66''to be known `as Sde. 9-1-A. and reading
as follows, to-wit:

proposed amendments, revocation or
abolition of the charter, not less
than 60 days� before the election.

ments shall be made available to the electors not
less than thirty days before the election.
(6) That each proposal approved by a majority of the
electors voting on such proposal shall become
effective at the time fixed in the proposal.
(7) That a, -c'dpy of each approved amendment. shall be
certified by the dty clerk and filed with*the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Dade County,
Florida."
Section 2. That any person, persons, firm, partnership
or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall, upon conviction, be pufiis -hed by a fine not to exceed $500.00,
or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine
and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each day
that a violation is permitted to exist shall co- nstitute a separate
offense.
Section 3. It is the intent that this ordinance be
permanent in nature and shall be ihe"1 ided `in the Code of Ordinances
of the City of South Miami, Florida, Arid tIhe sections hereof may
be renumbered for such purpose.
