A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,RELATING TO THE CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD;APPOINTING LEONIE M.HERMANTIN
TO SERVE FOR A TWO YEAR TERM ENDING OCTOBER 2,2003 OR
UNTIL A SUCCESSOR IS DULY APPOINTED AND QUALIFIED;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,theMayorandCity Commission of theCity of South Miami
recognize theimportant contributions made by those who serve onthe various city boards
andcommittees,andwishtoappointafullcomplementtoeach of theactiveboardsand
committees;and,
WHEREAS,theMayorandCity Commission desiretoappointLeonieM.
HermantintoserveforatwoyeartermontheCodeEnforcementBoard.This
appointment shall expire October 2,2003 or until a successor is duly appointed and
qualified.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA;
Section1.TheCityCommissionerherebyappointsLeonieM.Hernantintothe
Code Enforcement Board.
Section2.Theexpirationdate of thisappointmentshallexpireOctober2,2003
oruntila successor isduly appointed andqualified.
