An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Capital Improvement Revenue Refunding Note, Series 2015, in the principal amount not to exceed $5,000,000, for the purpose of refinancing certain of the City’s outstanding indebtedness and paying the costs of issuance of the Note and of refinancing such indebtedness; covenanting to annually budget and appropriate funds from Legally Available Non-Ad Valorem Revenues to repay such Note; providing the form, terms and details of the Note; awarding the Note to Branch Banking and Trust Company by negotiated sale; making certain covenants and agreements in connection therewith; authorizing and directing officers and employees of the City to take all necessary actions and execute all necessary documents. 5/5 (City Manager) P.
