It will be a three-partYfgreement between thE!;merchants, the business owners and the City. The fee for the consultalitfprcreating the bid will be $15,000; the Red Sunset Merchants Association and the Hom'et'o~nGr()up are asking'us to contribute with $5,000 representing one-third of the cost for theson'sultCll1t.This money is allocated under the City Manager's budget. At this junc:ture, Mr. AI~xanderread the draft ofthe agreement into the record.
