WHEREAS, there are three houses on six (6) 25 foot wide lots west ofMt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church. Of those three houses only one remains habitable. WHEREAS, none of the houses that are on any of the 7 lots that are west of Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, if demolished, can be legally rebuilt on the lots on which they presently stand; and WHEREAS, if any of the property owner of any of the 7 lots in question, which are west ofMt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, who wish to demolish a house would have to assemble 3 contiguous 25' lots to be able to rebuild his/her house. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals set forth above in this resolution are hereby adopted by reference and the Planning Board is hereby instructed to review and make recommendations for the land use and zoning of the 7 lots described in this resolution. If any section clause, sentence, or phrase of this resolution is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, the holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this resolution.
