An Ordinance of the City of South Miami, located in Miami-Dade County, Florida (“City”), approving a tentative millage rate of the City for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2014, through September 30, 2015 which amount may be amended at the first or second reading, and approving and enacting the final millage rate of the City on second reading. 3/5 (City Manager- Finance Dept.) 2.
