 have  complained  numerous  times  to  the  police  about   commercial  vehicles,  namely  passenger  vans  that  move  people  to   and  from  health  clinics.  Much  of  this  traffic  comes  from  the  facility   on  Sunset  at  the  corner  of  63rd  AVE  and  spills  into  our   neighborhood  daily  during  the  day.  They  pull  off  the  road  and   loiter  in  all  of  our  driveways  and  yards  while  waiting  for  their  next   job/pick  up.  Hearing  and  smelling  their  diesel  engines  for  hours  at   a  time  is  not  acceptable  in  a  neighborhood.    The  police  say  they
