WHEREAS,the Mayor andCity Commission of the City of South Miami hereby establishes policy whereby theCityClerkis included inCOLA adjustments fornon uniongeneral employees;and WHEREAS,the Mayor and City Commission desire to have the City Clerk receivethesame compensation as prescribed in Resolution No.46-00-10939. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA; Section1.A policy is hereby established toincludetheCityClerkinCOLA adjustments for non-union generalemployees. Section 2.The City Clerk isto receive the same compensation as provided in Resolution No.46-00-10939. Section 3.This resolution shalltake effect immediately upon approval.
