MARTINEZ,AND MICHAEL MILLER TO SERVE ON THE ZONING TASK FORCE;PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS,Resolution No.253-99-10876 created a Zoning TaskForce charged with the responsibilities of reviewing and making recommendations tothe City Commission regarding necessary and useful revisions totheLand Development Code;and WHEREAS,the City Commission desires to appoint tothe Zoning Task Force individuals with leadership and professional capabilities,representing various geographic areas of theCity. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA; Section1.TheCity Commission hereby appoints Simon Codrington,Jr., PaulA.Martinez,and Michael Miller tothe Zoning Task Force. Section2.The expiration date of the appointments shallexpireatthe conclusion of the assigned task. Section 3.This resolution shalltakeeffect immediately uponapproval.
