Following discussion, in vrhich it was pointed out that the property in question was improved with a house and a garage, as compared to a house only on the property in the same- bloc!,-, it was felt that either a reduction was warranted on the Hauri property or an increase on the Gross property. (It had been pointed ' out by the Assessor that the ground values were properly equalized, but that tiro improvement basin might, be out of lino.) Councilman Gresham, seconded by Counci nan'Gluck, moved that the value of the improvement on the tiauri property be reduced by $60b. Motion carried.; Councilman Bryant,, seconded by Councilman Corley, moved that the roll as presented, with the above adjustment, be accepted and that the tax assessor be authorized to grant additional homestead exemptions that may be declared'at a later' date by the County Tax Assessor. Motion carried. There being no further business or complaints, and the requirements of the charter having been complied with, the meeting was adjourned at appro dmately 9:20 P.
