Plurbing is to go in tomorrow or the day aft-or. This will give initial facilities so that they can start using that ,ground. Further plans are not completed. Mayor Fritz asked of the Board representatives, since it is the intention and the ohly desire that the BPI has, -to put a classroom structure on, why is there an objection to a reverter clause? Ruff stated that the sreverter clause will protect any bond issue, raises no legal conflicts whatsoever, it means only that it will always be used for a school,, and it does not complicate the picture. Mr. Boardman said -the School Board cannot buy any property except to use it for school purposes, therefore no point in the reverter.
