Attorney Ruff reported receipt of a letter from,the Attorney -Goner al, regarding the publication of the proposed 'Charter Amendments in the PITIUMA TIMES, confirming his intorpretotion of the statutes in this matter. Councilman Corley brought up tie matsor of the O.A. to the , inclair Refining Company and discussion followed, the minutes on this matter to be chocked.
