Because of the Comm unity Building being used for a polling place And in accordance
with motion made at the adjourned meeting of April 25th., the meeting was called
to order at the City Hall by Vice - President Probish with hayor Acker, Councilmen
Corley, Proble, Gresham and Prabish and Attorney Ruff responding; to roll call.
1slinutes of the regular meeting of April 13th. and of the adjourned meeting of
April 25th. were read and respectively approved as road.
Attorney Ruff reported receipt of a letter from,the Attorney -Goner al, regarding the
publication of the proposed 'Charter Amendments in the PITIUMA TIMES, confirming his
intorpretotion of the statutes in this matter.
Councilman Corley brought up tie matsor of the O.A. to the , inclair Refining Company
and discussion followed, the minutes on this matter to be chocked.

the City could be resonsible for the expenses in behalf of the appeal, and could
