Councilman Carballo, seconded by Councilman Corley, moved that the communication be read. Edayar Ackor stated the call was to deliver a communication and not to Create one. Councilman Carballo stated he wished to deliver the comsaunication to Chief I,1ohinuey but to be official, it must be read.; Councilman undress stated he would like to amend the :notion.
