The meeting was: called to order by Chairman Andrewsy with Layor Acker,
Atty. Yates and Councilmen l;re.ble, Corley Carballo, Gresham and Andrews
responding to, roll ca'l'l, after which tv�ayor Acker asked to be excused.
Chairman Andrews read the notice for the meeting which had been called for
8 P.n., to adjourn not later than 9:30 13Yr_., for the purpose of having a
final reading of the Budget ordinance, a first and second reading of the
ldillage Ordinance, a first'and second reading of the proposed Television
Ordinance and a Resolution authorizing the connection of two street lights
11inutes of the regular meeting of July 19 were read. It teas found that
in error the resolution for the connection of two additional street
lights had been spread upon the minutes as Resolution #305 instead of
the renewal of the street lighting agreement for siiother year under that

l.esolutios No 305. With this correction, -the minutes were approved as
corrected.
Councilman Carballo2 seconded by Councilman Gresham, moved that ordinance
No. 189, caption of which follows, be placed on third and filial reading
in its entirety. Yotion carried. „

izes, Florida tower & Light Company to restore and thereafter serve the
following street lights to be paid for by the City in accordance with ,
the terms and conditions of that certain Municipal Street Lighting
Agreement dated the 7th day of oanuary,i 1930, now in effect between the
City and said Company and all Supplementary and Supplemental Agreements
thereto.
